Passenger.care API services

3 environments are available

• 1) PROD: https://public.passenger.care
• 2) TEST: https://test.passenger.care
• 3) DEV: http://dev.passenger.care usually on specific port provided by developer (usually 3000 or 3001)

Versioning

We introduced versioning of the APIs strategy, so every API has multiple versions with backcompatibility. Recently there are two versions:

• v1: is a stable production version of API
• v0: is experimental version under constant development providing access to the mores recent features for experimental usage only.

Authentication

For all servers Baerer token authentication is required.

Flight analytics API service

POST service offering hard data analytics about exact flight. This service analyse, delay, cancelation, diversion of the flight.

SELECT BEST TEMPLATE

POST Service analysing the inputs, request of the passenger, Flight analytics data, information from CRM and from flight tracking system and retrurning best possible response template.

PROVIDE BEST RESPONSE

POST Service analysing the inputs, request of the passenger and other inputs and utilizing AI to modify template and provide best fitting response looking like human writen content.
